Fethiye

You are welcomed onto your gulet at 3:00pm for check in. We will enjoy a welcome drink and run through your itinerary and boat features.

This afternoon guests can roam the beautiful cobbled streets of the old town or venture up the Fethiye mountainside to reach the Lycian tombs overlooking the town. Dinner will be served on board and we stay overnight in harbour. (D)

Fethiye to St Nicholas Island

After breakfast served in harbour we will depart for Oludeniz.  Your first impressions of the Turkish coast will be crystal clear blue waters, looming mountains, coupled with the amazing Turkish sun. We anchor in a secluded cove for lunch before continuing onto the Oludeniz and the famous blue lagoon. Considered one the most photographed beach in Europe, Oludeniz boasts a gently sloping pebbled beach, aqua waters and a great view of paragliders jumping from Mount Baba Dag.

Late in the afternoon we will anchor near St Nicholas Island. Byzantine ruins cover this island; guests can climb and explore the island. Once at the top there is a panoramic view of all the bays and beaches in the area. We have dinner and stay overnight in the bay. (B,L,D)

St Nicholas Island to Aga Limani Bay

Today we ease our way through lovely scenery, and hidden bays stopping for lunch and many swimming stops. It is the ideal day to do some snorkeling with bays that present a variety of marina life. We cruise onto Aga Limani Bay which lies in the center of an ancient city, Lydea. Today you can still see the ruins of the monumental tombs of the Lycian period. We stay overnight in this bay. Aga Limani Bay to Ekincik

Your day begins with a two-hour cruise to the area of Ekincik, a bay near the mouth of the Dalyan River. Dalyan is a charming small Turkish village but with lots to see. We have an optional excursion into Dalyan. Take a river boat cruise along the Dalyan river to view the Ancient City of Kaunos Tombs built into the rock face or cover yourself mud in the natural baths surrounding this area. We return to the boat for dinner and our overnight stay in Ekincik. (B,L,D)

Ekincik to Gocek

We have an easy morning relaxing and swimming before setting off for the area of Gocek. Gocek, known as the jewel of the gulf boasts a large natural harbour and beautiful old town. We will moor in harbour, while guests shop or enjoy Turkish delicacies from the many cafes. We will stay overnight just outside of Gocek. (B,L,D)

Gocek to Manastir Bay

At daybreak we continue our journey to Tersane Island in the Gulf of Fethiye.  Tersane translates to shipyard in Turkish, and was named after the Greek community who formerly lived on the island trading in ship building. The tradition of ship building goes back as far as the Byzantine times. Some of the shop ruins can still be seen to this day.

Tonight we will park overnight in the bay of Manastir. (B,L,D)

Manastir Bay to Fethiye

For one last time passengers will be exposed to passing beautiful scenery while sun bathing on deck. We will cruise to Red Island for a swimming break. This island is totally undeveloped other than the lighthouse that sits atop the island.  There are many rabbits, lizards, turtles that call this island home. We will enjoy lunch out on the water before pulling into Fethiye in the late afternoon. Guests have free time to explore the town in the afternoon. Dinner is served on board. We stay the night in Fethiye harbour. (B,L,D)
