Bozburun is a small seaside fishing village not too far from Bodrum that was once infamous for sponge diving several years ago. Nowadays it has been deemed too dangerous so the most popular activity to do instead are taking any of the local gulet cruises from the town to the surrounding peninsula. The area here is perfect to unwind from a bustling day and swim between the areas where the Aegean waters meet the Mediterranean ones. From Bozburun, you can easily reach the town of Selimiye, as well as visit the ancient city of Cnidus and the Karacasogut Village.
