Private Yacht Charter in Turkey
Turkey’s southwest coast is one of the best places in the Mediterranean for a yacht holiday. The water is calm, the bays are sheltered, sailing distances are short and the season runs from May to October. A private charter gives you the whole yacht and its crew for your group, so you can choose where to swim, when to sail and where to spend the night. Turkey Yacht Charters, operated by Farout Yachting, works with carefully selected yachts across the Turkish Riviera to match every group size, travel style and budget.
Yacht Types
Gulets
The gulet is the traditional wooden yacht of the Turkish coast, handmade by local boatbuilders. Gulets have wide sun decks, shaded outdoor dining areas and private cabins with en-suite bathrooms, which makes them ideal for families, friends and larger groups. They are the classic choice for a blue cruise. You can browse all available gulets on our gulet charter page.
Motor Yachts
Motor yachts are built for speed and comfort. They cover longer distances in less time, so you can see more destinations in a single week. Modern interiors, spacious salons and generous deck areas make them a popular choice for couples, families and guests who value privacy and convenience.
Sailing Yachts
Sailing yachts are perfect for guests who want to feel the wind and enjoy the quiet of the sea. Smaller sailing yachts are well suited to couples and small groups, while larger models offer more cabins and deck space without losing the true sailing experience.
Comfort Classes
To make comparing yachts easier, every yacht in our fleet is listed in one of four comfort classes:
Classic: Traditional handmade Turkish gulets with simple, comfortable cabins. Most classic gulets do not have air conditioning, which makes them a good value choice for guests who want the authentic blue cruise experience.
Premium: An upgrade from the classic gulets, with air conditioning and improved cabins and facilities.
Luxury: Larger and more spacious yachts with modern designs, high-quality interiors and top-end equipment.
High Luxury: Our top yachts, with premium finishes, a wide range of facilities and water toys, and a highly experienced crew focused on personal service.
Charter by Departure Port
Where you start your charter shapes your whole route. Fethiye is one of the most popular departure ports in Turkey, offering easy access to the Gulf of Fethiye, the Twelve Islands and the Lycian coast towards Kas and Kekova. You can see all yachts available from Fethiye on our Fethiye yacht charter page, or use the port filter above to compare departure ports.
How to Choose the Right Yacht
Group size: Choose a yacht with enough cabins for your group. Families with children often prefer extra cabins and wider deck areas.
Comfort level: For summer charters in July and August, a yacht with air conditioning makes a noticeable difference.
Route: For longer routes or more destinations in a week, consider a motor yacht. For a relaxed pace with plenty of swimming stops, a gulet is ideal.
Budget: Use the price filter to compare yachts within your budget. Prices vary by season, with lower rates in May, June, September and October.
